[A friend just emailed, asking “Where’s the rest of the post?” The gif IS the post. There is no rest of it, only the unspoken emotional response to the gif someone had posted on Facebook. When I saw it, I thought, “At least no one is hunting me for food.” The point is, there is always gratitude. Sometimes it’s harder to find than others. But there is always something to be thankful for no matter how rough our life feels at the moment.]
My horoscope today suggests that I write the whole story:
When someone has been on a roller-coaster of stress, struggle and strife, they’ve always got a story to tell. That’s when people often suggest that they should write a book. But, nine times out of ten, they probably don’t mean it.
